- Daily $250.00
- Weekend $600.00
- ½ Day $125.00 (Monday through Thursday only).

Payment
Payments can be done by Debit or Credit Card Payment only.
Payment is due in full at time of booking.
Sales Tax
Rental is subject to 3.5% sales tax. Tax exempt customers will be required to indicate their status on the rental agreement and provide a copy of their sales tax exemption certificate or exemption number.
Key pickup and return following the event must be scheduled by the Renter by contacting the Parks and Recreation Department at (850) 670-8167.
Other Rental Information
All events must be concluded, the facility closed, secured and trash taken out by 12:00 a.m. on weeknights (Sunday through Thursday) and by 1:00 a.m. on the weekends (Friday and Saturday)
The occupancy load for the Main Ballroom:

The occupancy load for the Large Room:
- 49 person’s max
